Return Process

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack your Wattbike or accessories in the original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialist sports equipment couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit at our facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
