What is the warranty period on Wattbike hardware?
All new Wattbikes come with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all other components and electronics, covering manufacturing defects.
Can I use third-party apps like Zwift or TrainerRoad?
Absolutely. Wattbikes are equipped with ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, making them fully compatible with popular training platforms including Zwift, TrainerRoad, and Rouvy.
What is your return policy for home trainers?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a collection fee and original packaging requirements.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?
