Send in your Wattbike monitor to our HQ to be serviced. 

There are several monitors and when it comes to repairs or upgrades, it is important to know which type you have. Please visit this page and include your connection type in the additional info section. 

To locate your serial number, use the images adjacent or visit this page. Please include your 8 digit serial number according to the model of your Wattbike.

B-monitors current lead time is 2-3 weeks 
PTS current lead time is 8 weeks

Although Model A monitors are now obsolete, we can offer an upgrade to Model B. Please contact Customer Services to request a quote.
